Marcelynn J. Paulsberg, 41 passed away on September 22, 2020 at Providence Alaska Medical Center, Anchorage AK, due to A.V.M.

Marc was born October 20, 1978, in Anchorage, on the first day of snowfall that winter. He moved with his family to Washington State during his elementary years, and returned to Alaska to complete high school. He lived the remainder of his life in Anchorage, Wasilla and Talkeetna. Marc worked as a carpenter and as a welder.

He enjoyed spending time helping his friends with home improvement projects, socializing around bonfires, and shooting fireworks late into the night.

A loved one wrote: In 2015 Marc made the decision to sign up to be on the organ donation list. With this being his final wish, he will give the gift of life to 3-7 people. Marc will be remembered as hero who helped others live. He will also be remembered as our big goofy brother. I have so many memories with him, I just wish I had made more.

Marc is survived by his daughter, Eva Paulsberg, TX. Mother, Tamara Thompson, AK. Father, James Paulsberg, AK. Sisters, Corinne (Ryan) Wolter, WA. Jamie (Jeremy) Paulsberg, AK. IvyThompson, CA.
